Our five simple steps to mutual success are:
STEP 1
Once we have received your signed registration form we can get things moving. We will know from your answers a little bit more about your family's needs. We will make it our priority to understand your particular requirements so that we can find the perfect match for you. We are at hand to give you advice as to what type of person (in our experience) would suit your particular "wish list" for a nanny.
STEP 2
We will shortly be sending you CV's of all the nannies that we feel will be best suited to your personal criteria and individual needs. As well as giving you the usual information regarding background and experience of the candidate, our CV's are complied with our views of the kind of family best suited to the candidate - we understand that your time is precious and feel that this insight is helpful for you to make a decision on first interviews. When you decide on suitable candidates for interview, please take note of their names and reference numbers and call/email us the details. We are happy to talk things through at this stage.
STEP 3
We will arrange a convenient time for both parties to meet. This is normally at the home of the employer and where the nanny would be working. We suggest that a first interview be arranged with the parents only, and if this is successful, a second interview with the whole family. In our experience, the reaction of your child to the proposed candidate is the final but important seal you need before you hire.
STEP 4
Once you have decided on a suitable nanny, you must contact the agency
immediately so we can put forward your offer.
STEP 5 When an offer has been accepted we will send out a letter of appointment to
confirm with the nanny their start date, hours and wage.
We would be more than happy to advise you regarding contracts, which we
suggest are signed within 7 days of the nanny's start date.
We can also supply you with recommended payroll and tax companies who
specialise in this area.
