Many of our parents are already using this service and why not! We all need a night off from time to time. Whether it’s a night out or catching up at work, we offer an evening service of sitters who are experienced & qualified in childcare. The majority of our sitters are teachers, students, and mothers who all enjoy spending time with children. We have also placed many into full-time positions within our nanny services:

• We have a careful and direct approach to interviewing and accepting sitters onto our books.
• We interview in person all sitters and follow up references both verbally and in writing.
• CRB checks, relevant qualifications and first aid certificates must all be up-to-date and clarified.

Once you have returned your registration form you will then have the option to a 6 month charge of £40 or 12 month charge of £60 for the  use of this service. Unlike many agencies, we do not charge an extra fee for every booking you make. You then simply call Jigsaw Nannies with the time and dates you require a sitter (the more notice the better). The sitter will call you direct within 4hrs to confirm they have been booked. Although we do our best to keep the same sitter if requested, this is not always possible. All sitters will have a photo pass which should be shown upon arrival. The sitter will always arrive 15min before you leave to ensure the changeover is happy for both children and parents. A signature is required from the client at the end of the night along with payment, which is charged at an hourly rate direct to the sitter.

Rates

Minimum booking of 3hrs

£ 6 per hour - Monday to Thursday

£ 7 per hour - Friday to Sunday

A higher rate is charged for Special dates and bookings, this can be discussed at time of booking.
